This is the official release of GRASS 4.1.

    documents ......... contains documentation for GRASS 4.1, including the
                        ESSENTIAL Installation Guide, the Users' Reference
                        Guide, and the Programmers' Reference Manual.
    release ........... contains all source code, databases, and optional
                        statically linked binaries for GRASS 4.1.
    releaseInfo ....... contains release information (e.g., Release Forms)
    update_packages ... fixes to GRASS 4.1

README files in these subdirectories will guide you through the process
of obtaining their contents.
