[usb] How to know when the IN transaction begin and over in USB2.0 core?

Dear expert:

     I cannot find a way to know when the IN transaction
begin and over in USB2.0 core.
     Now I just read the OUT endpoint buffer to find
whether the host computer will ask a IN transaction.
Then I send the data to the appropriate IN endpoint buffer.
But the method is not good.
    Who can tell me a way to know  when the IN transaction
begin and over?
