[usb] Clarification of OHCI

hi,all

I have a question about the operational registers of OHCI.Please help me.

HcControlHeadED register introduced on P118 is a memory pointer.According to 
this specification,its content is loaded from HCCA during the initialization 
of HC.But there is no such content in HCCA which detailed on P34.Why?
Similar situation is about HcBulkHeadED register.
