Re: [usb] I need your help

Hi Rudi and All,

I'd like to try using USB core for my project.
There are some questions before testing:
1) How much time will it take to test this core (approx., without obtaining USB logo, only to see that testing in real hardware has sense)?
2) Is it suitable for FPGA implementations? (There was some discussion about 480MHz clock)
3) What external drivers/receivers are neccessary? As for me, it looks like it's easier to find complete interface chip like NET2270 than transeivers only.
4) Does any software for core support exist?
5) What CAD software do you use now for USB2.0 development/testing?

Thank you,
Bill
