[pci] w_re signal in pci_conf

Hi!

I'm looking at the code of the config space(pci_conf_space.v) of the pci
bridge core and I noticed that the input signal w_re is not used
anywhere. Is it because it is not needed in the config space for reading
thru the read/write port because you later decided that reading will be
done asynchronously and decided not to remove this particular signal?
