Do you expect to appear all files in the "Sources in Project" section? They
don't appear with the include/search option. Onle TOP.v ist lusres with
"pci_crt.ucf" and "CRTC_IOB","pci_bridge32" and "ssvga_top" as related
modules.

Selecting TOP and then in "Processes for Current Source" "Synthesize" or a
depending process" correctly does the job and find all issues.
