In the pci core, the comments indicate that module OUT_REG inferes a single IOB output block as known in FPGA architectures, and I wonder whether it also works in Altera APEX FPGA. If it dose not, can you give me some advices on how to write codes to infer IOB block in Altera APEX FPGA or how I can get some informations on it.
