[openrisc] optimized OR1200 on Virtex II

Has anyone on this mailing list optimized the OpenRISC 
OR1200 RTL code for the Virtex II or II Pro platform?

I'm currently running it at 54 MHz on an XC2V2000, 
speed grade 6.

I've been slated with the task of optimizing it in 
order to get it up to 104 MHz.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome :-)
