[openip] project template

Hi,
I created a template for OpenCore projects it is
written in Latex you  can get teh source from 
http://www.opencores.org/OIPC/projects/project_template.tex

and the html and ps file are at

http://www.opencores.org/OIPC/projects/project_template.ps

Please give me your comments I think we need such
template to organize our projects
