[ethmac] External DMA

Hi Igor
First thanks for your replay about the ucf file.
Other issue, in the doc,  you wrote that the External
DMA is not recommended because it will soon be obsolete.
I already have external DMA in my system , and I tried to synthesize the design
in this mode, I got almost 50% of the FPGA resources than with internal DMA.
What is your suggestion about it ?
