Re: [ecc] coding project



Hi 

I want to make  ITU g.723.1  codec using VHDL. I have a C code version 
of the this standard. I made various blocks such as float point addition , 
subtraction, multiplication, divide etc . But the main problem is that the 
code runs sequentially and so would my code. This puts serious 
limitations on the clock cycles it takes for processing. Can somebody 
guide me how shall I proceed . Could somebody suggest , what 
architecture to be followed, for the code to be written efficiently.

Urgent Help is required.
