 Hi, Thanks for  reply. I have:
for (CRC5) 
 Block Size 31 symbols (n) 
 Data symbols 26 symbols (k) 
 Check symbols 5 (n-k) (31-26) 
 
 Interleaving Yes or No - as you think is goder 
 Generator Polynomial x^5 + x^2 +1  or  x^5 + x^4 +x^3+x^2+1

I was looking for schematic design (hardware) of Encoder/Decoder on the CRC5.
