_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Covariate data for the van t'Veer example:

     _S_a_m_p_l_e Sample number.

     _m_e_t_a_s_t_a_s_e_s Development of distant metastases within five years
          ('0'-no/'1'-yes).

     _g_r_a_d_e Tumor grade (three ordere levels).

     _E_R_s_t_a_t_u_s Estrogen receptor status ('pos'-positive/'neg'-negative).
