_C_o_n_v_e_r_t _a_n _o_l_d _S_3 _c_l_a_s_s _c_e_l_l_H_T_S _o_b_j_e_c_t _t_o _t_h_e _n_e_w _S_4 _c_l_a_s_s _c_e_l_l_H_T_S _o_b_j_e_c_t

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Convert an old S3 class 'cellHTS' object obtained using 'cellHTS'
     package  to new S4 class 'cellHTS' object(s).

_U_s_a_g_e:

     convertOldCellHTS(oldObject)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

oldObject: a S3 class 'cellHTS' object obtained using the package
          'cellHTS'.

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     This function converts an old S3 'cellHTS' class object called
     'oldObjt' into S4 class 'cellHTS' object(s).

_V_a_l_u_e:

     The function returns a list containing at least one 'cellHTS'
     objects named "raw" which corresponds  to a unnormalized 'cellHTS'
     object (i.e. comprising the raw data stored in 'oldObject'). 
     Depending on the state of 'oldObject' (normalized and scored), the
     other components of this list can be: '"normalized"': a S4 class
     'cellHTS' object containing normalized data, and  '"scored"': a S4
     class 'cellHTS' object containing scored data.
