for several of my courses.

   These handouts are copyrighted. However, you may make copies of them
for non-commercial purposes. If you write your own works which use
substantial portions of my handouts verbatim, I would appreciate proper
citation. If you distribute copies to other people, you may charge them
only for the cost of duplication, which in no instance should exceed
$0.05 (US) per page. You may not distribute these handouts as part of a
commercial collection or anthology; if you operate an online service,
you may not charge a fee (beyond ordinary connect time charges) for
downloading these files. You must preserve my copyright notice, and you
must not prevent people from making copies themselves.
