You will find an SVGA.tgz on the Sunsite.auc.dk, but README is out of date.
Do not follow the readme. Simply, unpack the archive:
# cat SVGA.tgz | bzip2 -ds | tar -xf-
and move the XF86_SVGA binary in /usr/X11R6/bin.
