Is that Chip used as a "normal" IDE Device. Because linux should handle that.
But if that Disk is something other... Uuuhhh.. Don't know.

I've used Linux on a 104 System with a 8MB IDE DiskChip. And that works pretty
good.

See above. If it's a IDE Drive no problem...
