I improved the rustic-detection for the modem, developping a better
timeout command and using "chat", not "dd".

This library (the C Math Library) is my nightmare: only relatively
few program requires it. Its location is, correctly, the first floppy
disk, but no program in the base floppy requires it!

May be, it is now in the SRV addon: please, load the SRV addon.
I will find some solution for the next release.

Yes, I removed w3m: lynx is better. I fixed a problem in the old lynx,
related to html pull-down menu (previosly lynx used to hangup)

Mono, yes. But "-a 2" ? "man cdda2wav", ok: -a 2 mean "divide for 2"
