I compiled the m-system patch for muLinux (the good news), but
the kernel is now 40-50K bigger of original (the bad news).

Of course, in the recent past someone asked me to add some other
hardware support in muLinux kernel, but I forgot the subject.
Please, what was the requirement?

50k means to banish out from first floppy about 100K of
(relatively) good software! An enourmous sacrifice for a
little system like mulinux.

Unfortunately, m-sys support is not modularized (it is non-sense,
of course, if we wish to boot from it).

I'd like to conclude with a positive statement, but I can't
remember any. Would two negative ones do? -- Woody Allen
