There is no devices entry in the config file for the 3c574_cs.o module and the
card is not known in the /etc/pcmcia/config file.
It worked for me with these entries (don't forget this device entry):
device "3c574_cs"
class "network" module "3c574_cs"
...
card "3Com 3C574-TX Fast EtherLink PC Card"
manfid 0x0101, 0x0574
bind "3c574_cs"
I had no success with an (even) right configured entry with
version "3Com ....".
This did not work - don't know why?!?
