This patch modifies the file selection dialog
of gtk+ to have an additional button for 'cd ..'
and one for creating a new directory, which is
nice when saving a file.

patch-c modifies gtkfilesel.c and patch-h goes
in gtkfilesel.h. The two xpm's must be in the
gtk sub directory at compile time. Both xpm's
get compiled into libgtk.so to avoid problems
with locating the xpm's at runtime.
