GPSMan - Graphical manager for GPS data

GPSMan (GPS Manager) is a graphical manager for GPS data that lets users prepare, inspect, and edit GPS data in a friendly environment. It supports communication with Garmin, Lowrance, and Magellan receivers, and real-time support for any receiver using NMEA-0183. It also has a command-line mode.
